Physical Products

Returns: You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, downloadable software, and perishable goods are not eligible for return.

All digital downloads, online courses, and consulting services are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
